My background is having worked for over 38 years in the building, developing and real estate world. I service the Indian River County, south Brevard and north St. Lucie county area. As a former onsite agent, I appreciate the difference in working in the new home community versus as a realtor. This varied background assists my clients whether it is a builder looking for land or selling spec homes. I also sell resales when the client needs to sell in order to build and do so without the builder having to worry about losing their client to a resale. I have been a member of the TCBA as a builder and associate and have served as a chapter chairman and board member. I am known for my ethics and even teach the ethics portion of the new member orientation for new realtors joining the Realtors Association of IRC.
